Hello, my name is Thúy. I have a Ph.D. in Pharmacy, and I currently live and work in France. These are just a few of the many health-related questions I received last year.
Working in the pharmaceutical industry for many years has helped me understand the importance of taking care of your health before getting sick and knowing how to manage symptoms to maintain overall well-being.
However, most people tend to prefer quick health tips that are easy to apply—like drinking warm lemon honey water in the morning for detox and weight loss—while paying less attention to the whole system of health factors—from diet and sleep to living environment. In reality, many small everyday factors can either support or weaken a person’s health.
That’s why, in 2025, I’m launching a video series called "Happy Body" to share scientific knowledge that helps you understand deeply & apply it practically. New videos will be released every Wednesday and Sunday at 8 PM.
